1. NO GUM CHEWING will be permitted in any dance class.
  2. CDS reserves the right to cancel classes with small enrollment. If your class is canceled an alternative option will be suggested.

Make up classes will be considered by the teacher if the appropriate level class is available. Any Make ups must be done the week of the missed lesson. Refunds are not given for any reason other than prolonged medical reasons, at which time a Doctor's note will be required.
  4. Withdrawal: Students may withdraw from classes at the end of a term only. We ask that either the student of parent notify the office immediately. Parents are advised that they are responsible for full payment of the term for which the student is registered.
  5. Dance Clothing: ALL Students are required to wear proper dancewear to ALL classes. Please see the guidelines below.
  6. Late Payments & NSF Cheques: CDS asks that all payments be made by the date due. If there is a recurring problem with cheques, it will be requested that fees are paid by Cash Only.

  8. Winter Weather Closures & Cancellations: If a dance class is cancelled weather conditions (ie. storms or power outages) classes will not be rescheduled. Students may request a make-up class if an appropriate level is available. As recital and exam time approaches extra classes are scheduled at no extra charge to the students, so any missed classes are indeed adequately made up.
